I wear a sleep mask with built in head phones. As this played, it felt like my brain was getting a super fast download of information, spinning my mind. Distracting background noises helped deal the intensity until I adjusted to it. No astral projection on the first time. I'll keep trying this a few more times.

This worked great for me! I was already tired and fighting to stay awake watching videos on my phone, but when I was ready to go to sleep I popped in my earbuds and laid back to this. I started using imagery in my head and shortly after I felt sleep paralysis coming, but right before it I used a trick I learned and willed myself backwards through my bed and BOOM, into a lucid dream. I didn’t have a true obe but I don’t really care for that anyways. I was an all powerful being flying around and controlling my environment. It was great! Thanks, will use it again!

Carried away. It was like living a short segment in a movie. The movie was dark and so were the characters, why am I in the darkness and in contact with them? This is not the first time. This is not some kind of nightmare, but contact with another world, only a dark one. How can I get out of the darkness? My subconscious tells me that I am in a web of darkness and I don’t know how to get out of it.😢
